Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To facilitate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Also, be sure to include any relevant documentation, such as a completed return form, to expedite the process. Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with visible signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any damaged or incomplete item not due to our error.
- Any item returned after the 30-day period.
Refunds
Following receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or decline your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you're having a slow refund, first check your bank statement and then contact your bank. There may be some delay before your refund is officially posted. If you've followed all of these steps without success, please contact us at service-clients@respare.fr .
Items on sale
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only full-price items are.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at service-clients@respare.fr . For defective items, the return shipping cost may be covered by our company.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
Shipping
To return a product, send it to: 144 rue du Point du Jour, Boulogne-Billancourt, Ile de France, 92100, France.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a high-value item is returned due to our error, we may refund the shipping costs. If you are returning an item over €75, consider using a trackable service or insuring your shipment.
